  3.   ──═GamePlay: Trade Costs═──
  4.   The GamePlay options may be set to the following values: High, Medium
  5.   Low, or None.  [H,M,L,N]  Some settings will not be allowed for certain
  6.   options.  The Trade Cost option affects the amount of money charged when
  7.   sending out trade deals.  A Low setting will encourage trading while a high
  8.   setting limits trading to more important times.
  9.   It may be set to either High, Medium, Low, or None - Default is Medium.
